Findings
There is a small benign cyst on the liver. This is unchanged as compared to your prior MRI from 2024 and does not require routine follow up. These are seen commonly as we age.
There are 2 very small cysts on the pancreas. These are unchanged from your 2024 MRI. These small cysts connect to your main pancreatic duct and are called side branch IPMN's. These small cysts do not have any worrisome features and measure 2mm each. Recommended follow up is MRI in 1 to 2 years to ensure they are unchanged in size and morphology.
The provided history indicated concern for endometrial thickening. Your endometrium is normal in size for a post menopausal female, currently measuring 3mm. 5mm or less is normal. There are no worrisome features. Please continue to follow up with your GYN and obtain a follow up ultrasound if you experience any changes such as vaginal bleeding.
Impressions & Recommendations
- No acute abnormality on your MRI.

- Your endometrium is normal for a post menopausal female, measuring 3mm in thickness.
